Official Rules & Safety Guidelines

Welcome to B4T The Ultimate Hunt!

Our goal is to provide an exciting, competitive, and unforgettable adventure while ensuring all participants remain safe and respectful throughout the experience.

By registering and participating, all players agree to follow the rules below.

General Rules

  1. 01

    Stay With Your Team

    All team members must remain together throughout the hunt.

    Teams may not split up to solve multiple clues or challenges at the same time.

    All team members must be present when completing challenges and checking in at designated locations.

    Respect Public Spaces

    Participants must respect:

    Businesses
    Public property
    Parks
    Landmarks
    Pedestrians
    Other participants
  3. 03

    No Outside Assistance

    Teams may not:

    Call friends for answers
    Ask strangers to solve clues
    Use social media to request help
    Receive information from non-participants

    The hunt is designed to be completed by your team only.

  4. 04

    Follow All Laws

    Participants must obey:

    Traffic laws
    Crosswalk signals
    Local ordinances
    Property restrictions

    No running into traffic. No trespassing. No reckless behavior.

  5. 05

    Complete Every Challenge

    All clues and challenges must be completed before advancing to the next stage.

    Failure to complete a challenge may result in:

    Time penalties
    Disqualification
    Inability to advance
  6. 06

    QR Codes Must Be Scanned In Order

    Teams may not skip clues or attempt to access future clues before completing the current challenge.

    The hunt is designed to be completed in sequence.

  7. 07

    No Tampering

    Participants may not:

    Move clues
    Remove QR codes
    Hide clues from other teams
    Damage game materials

    Violation may result in immediate disqualification.

Hint Policy

Each team receives:

ONE Official Hint

Teams may request one hint during the hunt.
Using a hint results in a time penalty determined by event staff.
Use your hint wisely.

Team Conduct

B4T The Ultimate Hunt is a family-friendly event. The following behavior will not be tolerated:

Harassment
Threats
Fighting
Intoxication
Property damage
Unsportsmanlike conduct

Event staff reserve the right to remove participants at any time.

Safety First

Your safety is more important than winning.

Participants should:

Wear comfortable shoes
Stay hydrated
Be aware of surroundings
Watch for traffic
Use caution when walking

If a clue appears unsafe, stop and contact event staff.

Never enter:

Construction zones
Restricted areas
Private property
Dangerous locations

Photography & Filming

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

Photos may be taken during the event
Video footage may be recorded
Drone footage may be used when permitted
Content may be used for marketing, social media, YouTube, websites, and future promotional materials

Participation serves as consent to appear in event media.

Weather Policy

Events take place rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe.
In cases of severe weather, participants will be notified of postponements, cancellations, or schedule changes.

Refunds

All registrations are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by B4T The Ultimate Hunt.
Event credits may be issued at the discretion of event management.

Winning the Hunt

To be declared the winner, a team must:

Complete all challenges
Follow all rules
Reach the final destination
Successfully complete the final task

The team with the fastest official completion time will be declared:
